Pick-up times are by appointment only and must be brought back to My Secret Garden in West Dundee the next Monday after your tea party Please contact us for more details. If needed, different pickup or drop-off times can be arranged.
Rental prices are for a 24 hour period unless other arrangements are needed.
If rental order is not returned on agreed-upon day and time you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost for every day not returned
Items MUST be packed in the packaging that the customer picked up their tea party collection in prior to dropping off the items.
All teaware should be free of food and drink before repacked in the packages provided at pickup. Please do not hand wash or put in the dishwasher, please use lukewarm water to rinse & dry the teaware & wipe clean of food and drink of all items. We kindly ask that you would repack the items as safely as possible before drop off to ensure that the collections do not endure any damages.
Fees for replacement & repair for the tea collections vary depending on the amount of damage, & the pieces that were damaged. All damages & chips of the glass must be informed to My Secret Garden BEFORE dropoff. Damage fees will be billed to the customer based upon the damage endured.
