Our Contracts & Policies

We kindly ask that our guests including the birthday family/guardians

do not arrive to our location no more than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. 

A party hostess will organize and run the entire party, but we request that the chaperones assist the

hostess with helping the girls select and try-on costumes as well as keep the dress-up rooms clean and in order.

My Secret Garden is not responsible for complete supervision of children, we kindly ask that a chaperone would

assist children with basic etiquette & table manners due to our use of fine China & antique decor.  

The birthday adult/guardian is responsible for any & all damage or loss beyond reasonable

wear and tear of both the costumes, fine China & the facility.

When you invite a princess character to attend your royal gathering, we kindly ask that you refrain from any remarks that are made to the character that imply of ruining the magic. We truly believe that our princess characters are magical & we would love for our guests to play into the magic as well. Please do not ruin the magic for the little ones nor the Kings & Queens. 

All payments may be made by cash or check only.

An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to the total cost at the end of the event, additional gratuity is greatly appreciated.

We kindly ask that all young guests wear a leotard/bathing suit/tank top & shorts for modest costume changes

-guests will not be permitted to dress-up in undergarments/underwear.

Young princes are invited to attend our royal gatherings, however, we kindly request that the number

would be limited to 2 young princes per party, in order to keep the atmosphere focused on the birthday princess.

Kings are welcome to attend our royal parties, however we ask that they do not venture upstairs to our

dress-up rooms for the duration of the dress-up time & that the number of kings are limited to 2 per event.

Please limit the number of chaperones to 5 adults per event, due to limited space with the young princesses. There will be an additional charge of $5 per adult/sibling if more than 5 non-participating adults/siblings decide to stay.

 

Dress Code: 

We kindly ask that all guests wear attire that is neat & clean, clothing with

inappropriate or offensive sayings/drawings is not permissible.

We request that our family of the celebrating princess/queen wear

appropriate attire that is sophisticated in respect for our venue & theming.

We love having our guests participate in the theming of the event with their chic tea party attire

- be as extravagant as you wish! Our events are for special occasions & celebrations,

so please be courteous of the other guests around you & be modest with your attire.

Smart casual, semi-formal, or elegant fashionable attire are greatly appreciated & respected. 

Our guests will be dining on fine China with sophisticated decor & an array of pictures,

so please dress accordingly to be in princess portraits.
